About SCF:

Sindh Community Foundation (SCF) is a rights-based NGO working to empower marginalized communities, particularly women and youth, across Sindh. SCF has extensive experience in promoting occupational safety and climate resilience for informal sector workers.

RFP Summary:

SCF invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the design, fabrication, and installation of 150 Eco-Friendly Shades in cotton harvesting areas across Sanghar and Matiari districts. The shades will serve as resting and cooling zones for women cotton workers exposed to extreme temperatures.

Scope Includes:
